The yard seemed to be in the process of rebuilding and it was nice to see the container wagons still present there. First we see the X52 nr 9079 from Västtrafik as train 376 entering from Mellerud. Next a little fox was scouting the area for possible prey. After that it got late and quiet and I decided to return another evening. That was the 23rd and this time I was in time for the Tagab Rc3 1040 as train 27011 that arrived right on time from Kil. Shortly after train 5551 with Green Cargo Rd2 1069 passes from Kil to Mellerud. After half an hour train 376 arrives from Mellerud again, watched by a bird of prey that is sitting between the tracks. Since the trainmap did not show anything happening soon I decided to leave Åmål and return to the campsite. |
