| 44 | In Juli 1996 we were at the capsite 'Laxjöns Frilufsgård' again and this time I had the opportunity to document the shunting at the yard of Billingsfors with the wagons that were (un)loaded there. If you compare the yard with the shots I made here in 2006, the thing that strikes me, is the amount of weed that grows between the tracks nowadays. The first shots the shunting was done with the T44 338 and the large amount of wagons provide it with a big puzzle. The unloading of the wagons is filmed also. We furthermore see the Y7's from DVVJ passing by. I was able to film the passing of the train at the campsite as well. The second day, I filmed the arrival of the T44 (I can't see it's nr) at Billingsfors and got up higher on the parking place (nowadays the trees block this view) to get a good view over the yard. Again the large amount of wagons makes the shunting really appealing. |
